How can I transfer to a Historically Black College with financial help?

I'm a first-semester freshman at California State University, Sacramento. I'm seriously considering moving to a Historically Black College University. I don't feel that Sac State is where I belong. I wanted to know if there is any way to get there with financial help. I would really love to expand my horizons. ANY advice would help.. Thank You
 
Yea, at PWI's African Americans are mostly isolated, and I am sorry to say that is a fact, but it's true. Transfer to Texas Southern U, Hampton, or Howard.
