How can I transfer songs from my computer to my new Samsung Freeform 2 (metoropcs)?

So i just got my new phone and bought an sd card with it
how do i send songs to it using sonic stage
also when i tried installing the sd card hardware onto my computer it said failed to download then it says i need to a disk or something but nothing came with a disk
so how do i put songs on my phone
it also came with a usb cord so i dont need that and it fits perfectly
