Tryouts are in a month and I've been working on the moves with my friends who cheer. I'd like to know how I can shed maybe 10 pounds or more/less. if anyone has any ideas for like intense workout and eating plans that'd be great. also, please dont say i should starve myself or make myself throw up. id like to lose the healthy way and i need lots of help
