how can i train for a race in my garden?

One question, In your GARDEN???!?!?!?! Well, it's a race anyway. Well, depends on how long it is. I imagine it is short, so get some ankle and wrist weights and just jog around your block, or around the community, wherever you want to really. This helps with endurance and if you sprint with the weights on, you will develop faster legs and arms. This makes you run faster. What i like to do, is get a good strong backpack. Get a couple wieghts i use a total of 60 pounds, put it on your back, and run up a hill, a mountain side or just run normally.
