How can I totally clear internet history? My boyfriend wants his computer...

...back, am I in trouble? My boyfriend went away for a month and lent me his Vaio laptop. He's back next week and on the phone last night was being a real asshole saying he'd be mad if he found out I'd been looking at porn (which I have been, every minute of every day).

He works with computers and says he'll be able to find out, so just deleting internet history won't be enough.

I should just tell his sorry ass that, "yeah, I've been looking at porn non-stop", which I may well say, but I don't want him to see which sites and which images I've been looking at. It's really none of his business.

I've been using a Firefox browser and, I think, Windows XP.
 
Ew. I guess the real question should be "What should one do to cure him/herself of addiction to pornography?"
