I love being outside but I notice that alot of my friends dont get as exhausted as I do when doing outdoor activities. My face always gets really red and there is a white circle around my mouth whenever i get super hot, I live in tx so it is really hot, and during bike rides i cant go as fast or as easily up hill.
i know im out of shape and want to get fit. im not fat, but i still struggle with simple activities, (i weigh 115 pounds) i was wondering if anyone could suggest a short exercise i could do each day besides biking or jogging?
