How can i test if a powder is barium carbonate or cesium carbonate?

I ordered some cesium carbonate from the internet but there appears to have been a mix up as they labeled it barium carbonate- which is incidentally a poison.

barium carbonate is not soluble and the substance seems to be able to dissolve but i'd understandably like some confirmation.
