Find the vacuum hose running from your FPR to your vacuum tree. Pop off that hose and put it in a empty bottle. Start your car and let it run for a few mintues then check that bottle. If the valve is ruptured in the FPR then it will be sending gas into that vacuum and filling the bottle.
