I found out it was a female, and i've read that the male chases the female around, they could be.. mating? So i was curious to know how you could tell if a Platy fish is pregnant.
Shell start to get big and start having a sort of box shape belly. They will get a gravid spot near the anal vent and they might stay on the floor of your aquarium. If the male is still chasing her, she could stress out and die so maybe seperate them.
