How can i tell if he if joking or flirting??????

I like this guy and when we are together we are always joking around...( well i am flirting) but im not so sure if he is flirting back. It is always about something sexual for example- taking me home to his house and having sex but we say it in a joking manner. We are also touchy. I just never know if it is fooling around to him or if he really likes me.
 
Yeah. From my own point of view I would (hopefully) never talk about having sex with a girl (with the girl herself) I don't actually have an attraction to her.
