How can i talk to other people at my school? How am i gonna get used to them?

HELP ME! im mad at my Friend because 2 weeks ago she talked to her friend and when she came back to me she kinda yelled at me saying u owe me! And i said fine! And this boy i like as a crush don't talk to me or hugged me anymore he's making me jealous and trying to make me cry which he did! and my friend talked to him today and she said u owe me to me! and im mad at her!
What should i do? Should i just not talk to them or what? help me!
