How can i take my dog for a bike ride?

I want to take my little puppy for a bike ride but i dont want her on a leash jogging beside me i want her up with me relaxing but idk how to do this i looked for a bag to but her in on my shoulder but i cant find one is there a easy was to do this?
 
Bad idea.

What if she falls out? Jumps? Gets scared? What if YOU fall because she's wriggling too much? Overheats?

Your puppy does not need bike with you - there is no way a pup will be calm enough OR comfortable enough to just pack it in a bag and go for ride.
