I am having trouble syncing my iPhone ringtones after cleaning my library out.
The ringtones are custom (made by AAC converting, dragging onto desktop, changing to m4r then putting back into iTunes). The ringtones show that they are 'synced' with my iPhone but when i try to set a different ringtone, only one ringtone shows out of 5 that i've attempted to sync.
Ringtones preferences has been checked, I have told my iphone to sync selected ringtones and all ringtones, and neither of these settings work.
Also the 'tick' next to songs and ringtones is grey, and stopping me from being able to remove songs from my iphone itself (deleting them) so i have to do it the long way to get rid of duplications... does anyone know how this can be fixed??
