How can I switch off bluetooth on a Dell Inspiron 1545?

How can I switch off only bluetooth without switching the WiFi off? I wan't to be able to switch it off so it doesn't waste my battery, but I also want to be able to easily switch it back on.

What are some other things I can get rid off to save battery power? I already have my power plan and screen brightness set to how I think is good.
