Hello, can someone help me in can someone help me in my situation, i'm manager in a small company, in the evening i should deposit money in BBT bank, ones money which i deposit didt go to account of Co., money which deposit that night was disappeared and my Co. blamed me like i still that money, amount was $7000 and my Co. make me to provide this money they fired me from work and forced to pay the missing amount, but I was not my fall, I reported to the police and the investigation lasted very long, long time bank didnt provided any records, at the end the investigator looked at the record which could be seen that I put the deposit in bank, and now I have no job and I suffered a strong moral damage, and now i want sue bank , please can someone help me with my case.
How can i sue my bank, and what kind of lawyer i need to take in my case?
