I am 15 years old, male.
I have recently decided to do something about my weak arms as i am planning to start some form of martial arts/boxing along with rugby (which is high contact and more chance of breaking arms)
I have broken my arms 3 times, twice on the left (really badly) and 1 time (which was minor) on my right arm. I am not unfit/lazy, as i do exercise all the time and can do around 40 straight push ups.
The reason i say that i have weak arms is because whenever i get hit on the arm i can feel sharp pain go up my bone in my forearm, and sometimes the part where i broke it cracks (as in when u crack your joints to loosen them, but this hurts). This really paranoids me, because despite a lot of training they seem to be more vulnerable than a really skinny/weak person (no offense) ...
any way to help increase the strength
would naturally having weak bones / little bone density be the cause here?
