How can I stop Windows Media Player from adding tags I don't want?

Every time I update the library in WMP, it adds random comments, and adds album artist and composer tags that I DON'T want and repeatedly remove via Mp3Tag. I unchecked the box for retrieving additional info off the internet, so why is it still doing this?
