I've recently received them as a birthday present and ever since I got them the I noticed the crakle sound in both speakers whenever I lightly press them against my ear. I've look on the Internet and on YouTube but none of the videos I've seen have helped. If they've done anything, they've made them worse. I don't really want to open up the headphones, but I'm beginning to think that's what I'm going to have to do. Either that or replace them. Any help would be very much appreciated.
