how can i stop text from my nokia?

Had a similar problem - outside of the US - with a cell phone carrier. It took 2 calls separated by a few weeks for them to finally stop. I would try back after a while.
 
every day i keep getting text from nokia (from my nokia) with tips and tricks to my phone. it is so annoying and pestering. sometimes i get more than one. when i reply with stop, it does not work as there is no number from them to do that. i phoned nokia last week and told them and they said they will stop it but it's not happening.
