How can I stop one video on youtube constantly being shown next to my gardening videos?

I don't want to add my link on here as i don't want people to say I am just trying to get hits. But we have a business and when we type the name of our business on google or youtube it displays our videos along with a random one from someone else. Is there any way of stopping this? I presume the person put something similar to our business name in the tag of their video. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
