How can I stop myself from appearing on other people's news feeds?

I don't want all my friends to see that i just commented on someone else's wall, for example. Is there anyway to do this?

Also, I am tagged in photos, but the uploader of that photo has restricted who can see it. Is there anyway to make these photos available to my friends.
