How can I stop breaking my electronics?

Ok, I have broken 3 Videogames, 1 cellphone, and 2 Computers, all on purpose, I just can't control it, when I notice I'm throwing or , banging them, I just have no patience with them, If it takes longer to load something than it's "supposed" to, or when it isn't working, for who knows what reason, I can't control, I start to break things.

My anger is just against electronics, not people :D
 
You will need to somehow advance your mental age to something greater than six.

I have no idea how one does that.

You are not alone; in grade school I caddied for a golfer who used to break his clubs after a bad shot. I quit working for him.
