I had the same problem but what you have to do is just get a ball (like soccer ball or anything you can kick) and just practice kicking the ball very soft though with someone or by yourself and keep doing that until you get the hang of it.. Or like for sports like basketball just go to a court and bring your mom,sis, etc. someone you trust and just start slowly take it from ther trust me its not the end od the world you will start to like it.
