how can i stop being nervous about doing my show today?

today im doing a big dance show in front of 470 ppl and im soo nervous now but just befor i go on i get realy nervous what can help me stop maby something like breathing but iv tryed tht lool it dont work please answer asap thx
 
Just pretend you are doing your dance for practice, or in front of your friends.
 
Wow - all those people will be watching you?? So if you mess up they will all laugh at you and remember it for a long time? What happens if you forget your moves? I am sooo glad I am not you because people are going to remember how bad you mess up for years. If you don't do a really good job people will hate you.
 
Right on that moment when you are minutes near the dance show/your performance, don't think too much about being nervous. It's really normal to feel that way especially as time goes by and the moment is approaching.Think about something else; entertain yourself.Maybe, listen to some of your favorite songs or talk to some people while waiting. Try not to think about it.Then, when you are already in front of the audience (of course, you'll feel very nervous that moment but), just concentrate on your dance. When the music starts to play, indulge yourself in it.The key is to focus on your dance, not on your nervousness.Good luck to you! :)
 
Find 10mins to sit down and relax, then visualise yourself doing your performance through your own eyes seeing everyone in the audience enjoying it and applauding. Feeling how good it feels to be doing this. Then run through this process a few more times untll it feels real.
