How can i stop a NPSmain error message that comes up every time i try using Samsung

new PC studio? I have the samsung tocco lite. My computer is vista. I want to import pictures to my computer etc. so i downloaded the CD that can with the phone that does all these things, it installed all fine but then when you try to use it it just comes up with an error message (NPSmain). Please could you help me fix it or find another way to import pictures from my phone to PC.
