How can i start learning about Bikes, like Yamaha's or others? Also what are

good bikes to buy? I want to be able to 'talk' motorcycle... do you what i mean? If someone ask about my bike(when i buy one) i want to be knowledgeable about it
and be able to know what to look for in a bike.
 
You want a bike that's you, that fits your style and personality because you will be judged (whether you like it or not) by the type of bike you own and ride.
its always best to trust your gut feeling on what bike you want, never take others advice on what kind of bike that's best for you
most motorcycle owners own a ride a bike they never wanted in the first place and they always want a better bike
myself for an example i own a Yamaha FZ6, but the bike I really want is the Honda Interceptor.
Its better when you have a kind of bike that very few people own.
Take Harley's for an example, everybody owns one, they all look and sound the same, they are B-O-R-I-N-G
Yamaha is the hottest line of bikes out there right now, the Yamaha cruiser bikes go by the "Star" brand name, they are less expensive, super reliable, tops in performance.
