...without gaining weight...
Well im 16 - f - and 5"4.. and 126 pounds. I would use to always eat my chocolate and biscuits and ice cream daily and still maintain that weight over the last 7-8 years...
So one day i decided to eat healthy and maybe lose my bit of stomach flab and cut out on ALL my junk food. I did for 3 weeks but i couldn't handle life without my sugar. I lost nearly a stone over them 3 weeks.
When i went back onto my normal eating i started to gain more weight then i ever had. I have reached 130 pounds
I'm back on not eating junk food and im back to 126.. But i want to know how i can gradually eat snacks without gaining weight..
I am so paranoid about my weight now.. please help =)
