How can I start a manual 1994 toyota tercel without the key?

I lost my Keys so I wanted to know how do I start my car without it, It has the lock on the steering wheel, but its like I started it before with the key when I push started it, but I cant find my key so I was wondering if there was another way to start it without having my key, or getting a new one made.
 
It is possible to take the steering wheel off and to manipulate the lock or to wreck the lock like a thief would, but the best way is to break down and call a locksmith. Be prepared to identify yourself as the owner, because he would not want to help a real thief.
