I would like to grow some vegetables and fruits. I live in an apartment but my dad has some land with plenty of space that he is trying to make live-able. It is pretty far away though. Maybe I could start some parsley or something here then plant it out there and it would be well enough off to not need much atention. Is parsley anual or perenial? I would like to grow sweet potatoes and broccoli but anything would work.
