how can i sprint faster and make my 40 yard dash time lower?

im 15 i run a 4.9. i have a sled and i do sprints a couple times a week. i just got involved with parisi speed school, and we are correcting form and working with drills. i lift regularity since i play football. in about 8 months can i go from a 4.9 - 4.6 if i stay consistent.( i try to train as hard as possible, my goal is to play d-1 football thankyou)
