How can I set up an exact diet plan?

I'm 17, 5'9 and 153lbs. The problem is that I gained a lot of weight throughout my younger years, and was up to 180lbs 5'7 by freshman year. Since then I've lost all of that weight naturally. The problem is that I want to thin down to about a six-pack weight, and I can't go any lower... I recently got a prescription (adderall) that is killing my appetite. One month ago I was 155lbs, after about 3 weeks at the gym I was 159lbs, now I dropped to 153lbs within a few hours over a week. I have a gym membership that I used about two hours a day since the beginning of last month, until the last few days or so (hectic around the house). I want to lose weight fast, but healthily (my 9lbs drop is definatly NOT healthy...) by time for the school pool party next year.
Yes, I plan to lose the weight then bulk up in muscle.
The problem is that my diet is utterly unpredictable as is. I eat pretty much anything and everything around, simply because there is nothing else. I do replace sodas with water 90% of the time (except when I'm out), and when I eat out (once a week or so) it's to Taco Bell, which is apparently preferred to BK and McD's. But the thing is that at home I don't have the time to focus on getting a big, healthy meal before rushing off to school, and at school the food is complete sh*t. Al a carte is the best thing there, but all they have is pizza, snapples, and snacks along with Chik-Fil-A chicken sandwiches every twice a week or so, but that is very expensive. How can I organize a completely healthy weight loss diet that won't screw me over?
Oh, and also I can't eat salads. Idk why, they just make me sick regardless of how many (or if any) dressings are on there. I love normally cooked veggies (broccoli, etc) and fruits (apples, bananas, grapes, oranges...) and we make a killer steak every few days or so out here on the grill, but we barely eat lean and clean.

Help?
