How can I set up a donation fund for someone else?

I have a friend who has suffered 3 losses in a row. Her arms and heart and empty and longing for a child. Her doctor gave her some free vials to work with, but they're gone already. Her insurance company denied her claim of infertility because she has gotten pregnant. But she still does not have a child to hold.

There are a lot of us who feel very badly for our friend. She really deserves a child of her own and we feel she should not have to continue to pay for this out of her pocket.

We'd like to set up a donation fund, but we're not sure how to do it. Does anyone know how we can set it up in her name, so she can collect what we give to her?

We would have donors from different parts of the world. My friend is in the US, I am in Canada.

I believe through a bank. They probably have the capabilities.
