I want to send messages from my pc to my friends and relatives all over the world to their mobile.Could you tell me the sites?
 
It is free to you no matter what if you are using yahoo messenger or something but it will charge the phone it is going to unless they have a messaging plan (which they pay for)
NOTE: yahoo messenger to yahoo messenger is free- yahoo messenger is in yahoo mail
