How can I send a photo on my yahoo email to my cell phone?

I can now send a photo from my cell phone to my Yahoo email so why can't I send one to my cell phone? I can send to any other cell phone. And I can send the photo from yahoo email to another email account. Why not the cell?

what company do you have?? i know with AT&T you have to send it to a certain address...
