I Wants A Form In Which Any Users Which Enters Data Will Be Saved As An HTML Or PHP WebPage.
And The Name Of The HTML Or PHP File Which Will Get Saved After Clicking On Submit Button Should Be The Title User Enters.
In Case Of Duplicate Titles They Should Be Assigned Numericals At Last i.e. title-1.html title-2.html title-3.html And So On.
The Form Should Be As Follows.
