How can I save games on an Xbox 360 using a USB flash drive?

Your other bet is to get a 512 memory card as that will allow you to save games and possibly transfer mappacks between boxes (will need the account used to download them on the memory card as well or they wont load up)
 
I have a Dane-Elec Z-Pen 512MB flash drive and an Xbox 360 with no Memory Unit or hard drive. How can I go about using the flash drive to save games? I have Windows Vista and there’s all kinds of formatting options to format the drive, and I was thinking maybe the 360 recognizes a different type of format for storage devices? I can choose from NTFS, FAT, FAT32 and exFAT. Which one of these formats will work? If it’s not about the formatting, is there any other way to get my flash drive going?
