How can I save Flash movies on Firefox?

I tried this: on the Flash movie site: Tools --> Page info -- > Media tap, then looked for the swf video file, copied the URL and then downloaded the Windows Flash Player 9 Projector content debugger from the Adobe Site, the problem is i can't locate the video file from the site in the Page info.

So, what am i doing wrong?
 
find the video file, right click and take the "save as" option. Pick a name that will remind you what you downloaded and click ok or save and you have it. If you look in tools -> internet options it will tell you where it saves stuff now but you can pick where you want it to save. I have a directory called "downloads" where everything gets saved then I move it where I want it.
