I'm afraid that if I just hit sync contacts with blah blah blah that it will delete all my contacts on my iphone, but I'm aiming for backing my contacts up on an alternative address book. If that makes sense. The windows address book I'm trying to put contacts on is completely empty, I'm just really worried that I will lose over 100 contacts on my phone by clicking a simple button.
