How can I run PHP scripts from the Windows 7 command line?

I recently switched from Mac to PC and am having trouble figuring out how to run a PHP script from the command line. I've installed EasyPHP and can run scripts through the browser, but not the CLI.

My EasyPHP installation is here:

C:\Program Files (x86)\EasyPHP-5.3.3\php\php.exe

I can normally figure most things out but am having trouble with this one. Any help is appreciated.
