This kills me - because we always had an avocado tree when I was growing up - anyway, had to actually buy some today because I had a craving. Bought them a little hard. I have no paper bags, no apples, bananas....What do you suggest? Should I let them stay on the counter or put them in the fridge? Just dying to get these scrumptious babies under some lemon and salt!
