how can i retrieve my t-mobile contacts if i've been disconnected for about 9

months and can't find my phone? So you get disconnected from t-mobile because of an unreasonable charge of $700.00 and some change and you later lose the phone you had with them along with your sim card and all your VERY IMPORTANT contacts. How can one possibly recover this?
