Specifically the HP iPAQ Glisten. When I was syncing, an error occurred and deleted all my photos except one. I tried downloading Wondershare Photo Recovery: http://www.disk-utilities.com/articles/how-to-get-back-deleted-photos.html but it didn't recognize my device (connected via USB port).
