How can I respectfully tell my mother in law not to call me the ex wife's name?

After 5 years of marriage, my mother in law, who is not elderly still sometimes calls me the ex wife's name. We were all in the same room with the ex. I would accept that maybe she would do that since we were both in the same room, but more often than not, we are not in the same room when she does it. How can I say to her That's not my name!!!!!!
