industry: nutraceutical testing
unethical conduct: falsifying data, change results from out of specification to meet spec, exploiting employees

If they are violating any state or federal regulations, you report to the agency concerned.

'exploiting' employees' really means nothing. if they are violating labor standards, see above^, but without more detail, who can say?

If they are doing work for others, and changing specifications, that would probably be an issue with their clients.

The exploitation could be reported to the labor board.

The rest could be reported to the clients that buy the product.

HOWEVER - consider this... if you report them, they could get in major trouble and actually have to cut back or shut down. You MAY be reporting your way out of a job - and they didn't even have to know it was YOU that reported it!!
