how can i replace the water pump of toyota sienna 2008?

The water pump is dreiven by the timing belt. You need to take it somewhere, it is going to cost around $700 for the repair. It is labor intesntive.
 
i want to buy this car from a friend but the water pump must be changed and i want to ask if it has a qualified air condition for hot weather and whether it has one or two electrical cooling radiator fan cause my chevrolet astro does not have a qualified AC in summer, thanks
