How can I replace my radio?

I have a Chrysler radio and want to replace my Delco radio from a 91 Buick Riviera. When I took out the Delco, I noticed that the connection wires were completely different than the ones that needed to be connected to the Chrysler. What kind of converters do I need and where can I find them?
