How can I remove algae from a fish tank?

I want to remove a lot of algae build up on the corners/sides of my glass aquarium which will then be sold. There is no water or fish in it, it just has to be presentable. What would be the most efficient way of cleaning it?

scrub it off with just about anything. don't use any cleaning products though

You get Big high powered magnets, place one on the inside of the tank and one on the outside they will stick together. Rub them up and down and the algae comes off

what I do with my fish tank is I get a paper towel and just rub the insides of the tank. It works very well. No need to buy anything..

if there are no live animals inside then you could take the whole tank and put it in the tub and scrub it with an sos pad or scrubbie and then just re seal it with the cork and it will look bran new!!! good luck
