I'm in my second year in college and I'm finding it very hard to motivate myself. I hate going into classes in the morning and am finding the subjects so boring. I finished year one and did very well with marks into the late 80's and 90's (distinctions basically).
This year is another story though. I'm continuing to do very well and topping the classes in some exams but I'm finding it all so boring. I used to love the subject matter of my course (administration) but now i'm in the second year i've noticed i'm beginning to despise it.
All I seem to hear is tutors going on about a very high standard we need to maintain and this isn't helping as I've always been one that hates comparisons to other people.
I'm only doing this course to give myself a chance in the recession we're experiencing,
Has anybody ever gone through this before or does anybody have any ideas how I can enjoy this boring course? In the past I would have aimed for the 90's and that would have been an achievement but now I'm trying to figure out what I can afford a pass grade in and what is the easiest way of scoring a 80% so I can relax for the rest of the subject.....Please help!!!
