How can i recover lost data on my flash drive?

What i need is a program that can recover every file on the flash drive, and put them back in the correct directory structure and with the correct file name, I've already tried BadCopy Pro and it didn't do what i wanted so does anyone know how to fix this?
 
you can use checkdisk in windows

start>search cmd.exe

type chkdsk [the drive letter, followed by a colon] /x /r

that should recover mostly everything
 
In my experience, you can access the hidden files and folders, then open the trash bin and retrieve the files from there, but that only worked on a Linux computer and when I hadn't ejected the flash drive yet. There might be another way to recover it, but I'm not a IT guy, so I don't know.
