How can I receive my official transcripts if I have a financial hold on my account?

I currently have a financial hold on my account so I cannot receive my official transcripts. I cannot afford to pay my full balance but I need to have my transcripts to take a summer class at a community college. Is there anyway to get around this? I have my most recent UNOFFICIAL transcripts.
 
Wont be released until you pay your obligations. No way around it, not even if your name is Jesus Christ.

Unofficial transcripts wont be sufficient for educational institutions either. Also, one day when you get a real job, your employer may ask for transcripts to be sent in as well. No transcript = you lose the job.
